What if my school is not currently enrolled in the My Hot Lunchbox program?
If your school or organization has not signed up with My Hot Lunchbox you will not be able to use our service. If you are interested in getting our service set up at your school, please request our program or contact us for more information!
How long does it take to start receiving lunch deliveries once our school has signed up?
Our lunch program can be implemented at any time during the year. It takes between four to six weeks for your families to begin ordering. This timeline depends on the number of service days and what vendors you select.
How much does it cost to enroll in the My Hot Lunchbox program?
There is no cost to your school to sign up for the My Hot Lunchbox program. As a matter of fact, we offer staff discounts and a portion of every meal ordered is reinvested back into your school as fundraising. Well deserved!
Who prepares and delivers the school lunches?
We work with local, high-quality restaurants that students know and love. Our restaurant partners are expected to be prompt and deliver hot, fresh meals to your school or organization. Can we choose what restaurants serve our school?
Yes! We will provide you with a list of restaurants in your area and ask you to rate them for us. You can also make recommendations for any local restaurants you want our team to reach out to. Once you’ve provided your feedback on restaurants, our team will get cookin’ on your lunch lineup and keep your school updated every step of the way.
Can we change up the restaurants serving our school throughout the year?
Yes! We offer the option for our schools to make changes to their lunch lineup at the semester break.
When do school lunch orders need to be placed?
Parents, students, and staff members can add, edit, or cancel lunch orders up until 12 PM (noon) the day before delivery.
